"It's been ages since I ordered on January 7..."
I placed my order on January 7, and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. For the past ten days, the tracking info hasn’t changed at all, just says 'sender preparing item.' After going through this, I’m not keen on ordering from Sinclairs again.

Lightning quick shipping, other businesses ought to take notes. I was able to track my package from the moment it left the warehouse. While many companies are pointing fingers at Royal Mail for their slow deliveries, this one shows that excellent customer care is still achievable. Definitely recommend!
